Delivery and returns

Returns and withdrawal: You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return. The legal right of withdrawal can be exercised within the first 14 days following receipt. See full details in the "Returns & Withdrawal" section at the bottom of the page.

IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

 

Delivery:

• Mondial Relay - 3 to 4 working days: Free, for purchases over €100
• Colissimo Relay Point - 3 to 4 working days - €6
• Colissimo Home Delivery - 2 to 3 working days: €8
• Chronopost Express - Home delivery within 48 hours, if ordered before 12 PM Monday to Friday - €15

Exchange / Credit Note: Free
Refunds: €5 participation fee, deducted from the refund

 

OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE

 

Delivery :

• Home Delivery (Colissimo Europe - 3/5 days) Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg: €10
  
  
• Home Delivery (Colissimo Europe – 3 to 5 days) – Switzerland: €20
  All customs fees and taxes are included. No additional cost will be requested upon delivery.
