Belledonne Paris - One Pair, Two Hours of Know-How

One Pair, Two Hours of Know-How

Each pair of Belledonne requires nearly two hours of manual work, carried out with care in our Portuguese workshops. Our artisans precisely assemble each element, from the rigorously selected Italian leathers to the robust soles, to guarantee uncompromising quality. This know-how requires a rare level of detail and mastery, ensuring that each sneaker reflects our quest for excellence.

Belledonne Paris - Exceptional Raw Materials

Exceptional Raw Materials

We work exclusively with exceptional raw materials. All our leathers are sourced in Italy, while our soles, textiles and threads come from Italy, Spain or Portugal, just like the biggest luxury brands. Each component is chosen with particular attention to guarantee our sneakers robustness, durability, and flawless elegance.

The Manufacturing Steps

Explore the know-how that goes into designing each pair of Belledonne. Through each step of manufacturing, from cutting the leathers to final assembly, our craftsmen express their mastery. Each step is carried out with care to ensure the durability that characterizes our sneakers.

1. Cutting the Leathers

It all starts with the selection of exceptional leathers. Using metal cutters custom-designed for each model and size, our craftsmen precisely cut the different pieces of leather that will make up the upper of the sneaker. Each cut is made with care to guarantee the optimal quality of the leather, taking care to preserve its integrity and natural properties.

2. Sewing

Once the leathers are cut, each piece is meticulously assembled in our sewing workshop. The upper, the top part of the sneaker, takes shape through the seams, reinforced by counters and foam pieces around the collar to ensure optimal comfort.

3. The assembly

Assembly is the stage where the sneaker comes to life. The upper is pressed onto a form that defines the volumes of the model. The leather is pressed against the form and then, with a stroke of the hand, perfectly hugs the curves to give silhouette to each pair of Belledonne.

4. Sewing the sole

To ensure robustness and longevity, the sole is first glued, then sewn to the upper with precision. This double process ensures a solid and durable fixation, ensuring optimal resistance.

5. The finishes

The final step is to perfect every detail. The sneakers are brushed, waterproofed and checked to ensure that every finish is impeccable.
