Belledonne x Juan Arbelaez.

We gave Juan Arbelaez carte blanche to imagine his version of our B0. He put into it what matters to him: moments shared with friends, eating and drinking. EAT on one heel, DRINK on the other, and houndstooth laces, a nod to the world of the kitchen.

Pre-order until 15 December, at the launch price of €180. The B0 EAT & DRINK will then be sold at €220.

Delivery from the end of February 2027.

Dry brush after each wear. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, never in a washing machine. Let air dry, away from any heat source. Apply a neutral cream every two to three months. Store the pair in its dust bag.

We are pleased to introduce our collaboration with Juan Arbelaez, a chef we admire greatly and with whom we share the same values.

We gave him carte blanche to imagine his own version of our B0. He incorporated what is dear to him: moments shared with friends, eating and drinking. EAT on one heel, DRINK on the other. It is called the B0 EAT & DRINK.

Available for pre-order until December 15th at the introductory price of €180. It will be sold for €220 thereafter. Delivery early March.

Arriving in Paris at 18 from Bogotá, Juan Arbelaez trained at Le Cordon Bleu, then worked with Pierre Gagnaire, at the George V and Le Bristol. He then opened his own establishments, including YAYA, Bazurto, and Arbela. His cuisine is generous, accessible, and meant to be shared.
